Oggi la Commissione europea ha pubblicato sul Funding and Tender portal questa nuova FAQ per la call MSCA Staff Exchanges 2022:

What should associated partners put in the budget table in part A of a Horizon Europe MSCA Staff Exchanges proposal?

Associated partner from low- to middle-income countries, listed in the Horizon Europe Programme Guide, are automatically eligible for funding and should encode their request for funding (in terms of person-months) in the Budget table in part A.

Please also note that associated partners from other third countries not listed in the above mentioned ‘Horizon Europe Programme Guide’ and international organisations (non-international European research organisation) should not request funding (in terms of person-months) in the Budget table in part A. Any budget encoded for participants from those categories will be considered as a request for exceptional funding.

In case they do include an exceptional funding request in the budget table part A, the request must be explained in part B1 section 3.2 of the proposal and will be assessed during the evaluation. Should the proposal be funded and the granting authority not consider the participation of the respective entity essential for implementing the project (in light of the instructions given in the Horizon Europe Programme Guide), the corresponding person-months encoded (and respective budget) will be deducted from the total eligible amount of the project and will not be redistributed among the other participants.
